The Joint Birmingham Outreach Service for Children and Young People with Physical Difficulties has produced a Joint Training Programme for 2009/10.
Courses on our usual range of subjects are being delivered at Wilson Stuart, Brays and Victoria schools. Please feel free to select the courses which meet your needs, regardless of which Outreach Service you liaise with. The details of the application process are in the Training programme.

Members of the team all enjoy coming into schools to talk to your staff in small, informal groups. For example:
Barbara might bring in a range of ideas for involving pupils in target setting to share these with a group of KS2 teachers over a coffee at lunch time.
Simon Harris could bring a range of adapted PE equipment or Boccia sets to demonstrate for you.
Your SENCO and LSA's might like to see a demo of computer software such as Clicker, Writing with Symbols or Communicate: In Print, which Nicky and Kate have set up on a lap-top.
