On Thursday 26th April, 3.1 walked up to Aldi and purchased some ingredients they needed to cook vegetable pilau and tadka daal. The following Monday 30th April the pupils cooked using their ingredients. They weighed onions, potatoes and rice using the balance scales and the analogue scales; they also measured the correct amount of water needed for the rice. Fantastic team work was carried out through washing drying and organising the ingredients. 3.1 worked very hard and enjoyed a fabulous meal!!
